Refund policy

While we hope that you are fully satisfied with your order, we understand that there are occasions when you may want to return item(s). Our policy is all sales are final. If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package please do not accept or sign for the delivery and contact us immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, once it has been "delivered" by the carrier. 

If you notice damage upon receiving your package, "refuse" delivery and please contact us within 48 hours.

If you notice damage upon opening your package, please contact us within 48 hours by providing digital photos of the damage at sales@millennialcollectivestore.com. Once we can verify the issue we will provide you with a return label. A refund will be issued once the return is approved. 

All claims made after 5 days from the delivery date will be denied. 

Failure to adhere to any of these policies will forfeit your refund. 

Refunds
If a refund is accepted, the item(s) must be returned in the same condition as it was received with all the original packaging and certificate of authenticity (if included). We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and update you on the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Usually, it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Upon receiving the returned item(s), the buyer will be subject to a 50% restocking fee if not returned in its original condition. Round-trip shipping charges will still apply. Once a new/factory-sealed item is opened, it is no longer returnable.
